Cancellation Policy due to Force Majeure related to coronavirus (COVID-19)
On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus outbreak, known as COVID-19, a global pandemic. Since then, the outbreak has evolved rapidly, and governments around the world have diligently taken steps to curb its spread.
In the case of reservations made after March 14, 2020 and those made before March 14, 2020, will be managed in accordance with the force majeure coverage.
All reservations that must be cancelled by force majeure or due to lack of production because of the economic recession or the lack of the minimum number of participants, will be refunded 100% of the same form of payment.
